BER CERT is valid for 10 years.

We can post or email the cert to you, evenings and weekend apointments to suit you.

Price includes €25 fee for BER CERT and also a detailed improvement guide which give details of where improvements can be carried out to improve your energy rating.

Provisional BER CERTS for new builds based on plans will cost slightly more than quoted and are valid for 2 years
